• “I highly recommend 360 Immigration Law Group! I met my husband in the United States in 2022. He originally came to the U.S. on a tourist visa and later changed his status to a student. In December 2023, he had to return to Brazil for personal reasons. When he tried to come back to the United States in March 2024, he was unfortunately denied entry and sent back to Brazil on the next flight. Thankfully, he was not given a five-year ban. I was able to handle his fiancé visa process on my own, and he was able to return to the United States in June 2025. Unfortunately, I made some mistakes when I attempted to handle his adjustment of status on my own again. We had our green card interview in December 2025, but we were not approved at that time. Then, in May 2026, we received a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny). It was one of the most devastating and stressful experiences we had ever gone through. We had no lawyer, and we only had 30 days to respond. Thankfully, we found 360 Immigration Law Group, and they completely changed the situation for us. They gave us the right advice and prepared and submitted a very strong waiver case with 228 pages of supporting documentation. After reading everything they prepared, I finally felt hopeful and confident that our case had been presented in the strongest possible way. Just two months later, we received the approval, and my husband now has his green card! 🎉🇺🇸 We are incredibly grateful to 360 Immigration Law Group for their professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to our case.
