Biography
Bianca Piccoli-Mako was born in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Faculdade de Direito de Vitória in 2006 and passed the Brazilian Bar Exam that same year. She began her legal career as a licensed attorney in Brazil before immigrating to the United States in 2013.
After moving to the United States, Bianca continued her legal education at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. She earned a Master of Laws with a concentration in General Legal Studies and passed the New York Bar Exam in 2014.
Bianca began her U.S. legal career working in compliance law at Eltman Law in New York. In 2018, she joined Apsan Law in Newark, New Jersey, where she began practicing immigration law. Her work has included removal defense, Immigration Court proceedings, humanitarian immigration matters, and family-based cases.
Bianca moved to South Florida with her family in 2020 and passed the Florida Bar Exam in 2023. She joined 360 Immigration Law Group in January 2025.
Working with immigrant families has become one of the most meaningful parts of Bianca’s career. As an immigrant herself, she understands how difficult it can be to navigate a new country while facing an unfamiliar legal system. She takes the time to listen, explain each stage of the process, and help clients understand the decisions ahead.
She approaches her work with compassion, care, and respect for each client’s circumstances. She values honest communication and believes every person should feel heard and informed throughout their case.
